Your Oral Health

Brush your teeth at least twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste, floss daily, and use a mouthwash for added protection. Avoid excessive sugary foods and drinks, and stay hydrated. Most importantly, visit us every six months for a professional clean and check-up!

Bleeding gums are actually quite common but should not be ignored. It often indicates gum disease (gingivitis) in its early stages, which is very treatable when caught early. We recommend booking an appointment so we can assess your gum health and get you on track.

We recommend bringing children in for their first dental visit as soon as their first tooth appears usually around 8 to 12 months of age. Early visits help children feel comfortable with the dentist and allow us to monitor their development from the very beginning.

Absolutely. Sugary and acidic foods and drinks are the leading causes of tooth decay and enamel erosion. A balanced diet rich in calcium, vitamins, and water supports strong, healthy teeth. We’re always happy to share personalized nutrition tips at your next visit.
